Well we are at 53% now. That is pretty great. We are past half-way. We thank God for His faithfulness.
Later this month the whole gang will be travelling to Ft. Collins, CO for Crusade’s national conference. We are very excited to be able to attend and I am sure we will post updates about being there. We will be spending a week with thousands of other Crusade staff members.
When we get back we will tackle building our ministry team full time and we are praying that we will be finishing up at the end of the year. We are really looking forward to reporting to the headquarters and getting to the work God has called us to do.
The holidays are upon us. Things get even busier than usual this time of year (hard as that is to imagine) and it is very easy to be distracted. As we all know, we have a lot to be thanful about. Ingrid and I are thankful for our children, for our family, for our friends. We are thankful for the opportunities that come our way each day to serve God. And of course we are most thankful to God for reaching out to us to make that relationship possible, so that we can serve Him.
It was God’s sacrifice, God’s initiative and God’s forgiveness that make hope and joy possible. Tough to remember in the midst of the world we live in, but an important message to remember and share.
